HostMidas was founded in the Philippines in 2020, during a time when the world was rapidly moving online due to the pandemic. We saw the growing need for dependable digital solutions and jumped in to help start-ups and small businesses establish their presence online. Whether it was recruitment agencies, transport services, or local milk tea shops, we were there to guide them into the digital age, ensuring they had the tools to succeed.
We’re proud to say that HostMidas is a 100% bootstrapped start-up. Built from the ground up without external funding, every step of our journey has been shaped by hard work, dedication, and a genuine commitment to our clients. Our growth has been fuelled by the trust and support of the people we serve, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
Our founder, Jed Banaag, brings over a decade of experience in web hosting, domain registration, and customer service. His deep industry knowledge has been instrumental in shaping HostMidas into what it is today—a company that specialises in web hosting and domain management. From managing DNS to ensuring seamless uptime and reliable server performance, we’re focused on giving our customers the hosting solutions they need to succeed.
